Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />H. 123 E Price; City Block 39, Lot PT LT 3 <br />Owner: Doris Thorsen; 1401 S 13th Ave, Apt. 5, Phoenix, AZ 85007 <br />Robert Talley stated the structure had previous orders. The structure is unsecure and <br />has fire damage. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or city <br />has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Reeves Hayter, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />I. 1221 W Cherry; City Block 49, Lot 15 <br />Owner: Haskell Hicks; 1221 W Cherry, Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated the structure is unsecure as well as foundation and fire damage. <br />Junk and rubbish cover most of the property. There is also a camper on the East side <br />of the structure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, remove <br />junk and rubbish and camper within 30 days, or city has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Brandon Kearney, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
