RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Staff recommend approval of rezoning from (2F) Two -Family Dwelling District <br />to (SF 1) Single Family Dwelling District. <br />2. Staff to organize stakeholders/neighborhood meetings with Church Street <br />residents and stakeholders about Church Street rezoning proposal. <br />3. Approve recommendation by staff to begin the process of rezoning from (2F) <br />Two -Family Dwelling District to (SF -1) One -Family Dwelling District initiated <br />by residents on Church Street with a proposed demarcated area being part of the <br />(HD) Historic District (Overlay District). <br />
