MINUTES OF THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARTS, TEXAS <br />JULY 15, 2424 <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Paris held a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the <br />City Hall, Council Chambers, 107 East Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />I <br />2. <br />Board Members Present: Tylesha Ross -Mosley, Clifton Fendley, Chance Abbott, <br />Chad Lindsey, Robert Spain <br />City Representatives: Osei Amo-Mensah, Director PIanning & Community <br />Development; Triniti Frazier, Community Development <br />Coordinator, Todd Mittge, City Engineer; Clyde Crews, Fire <br />Marshal; Stephanie Harris, City Attorney; Doug Harris, <br />Assistant City Manager <br />Board Member(s) Absent: <br />Call meeting to order. <br />Adam Bolton and Larry Walker <br />Clifton Fendley called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />EIection of Officers <br />a. Chairman <br />A motion to re-elect Clifton Fendley as Chairman was made by Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Tylesha Ross -Mosley. Motion carried 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />b. Vice -Chairman <br />A motion to re-elect Chance Abbott as Vice -Chairman was made by Board Member <br />Tylesha Ross Mosley and seconded by Board Member Clifton Fendley. Motion carried 5 <br />ayes — 0 nays. <br />3. Citizens' forum. <br />(Persons desiring to address the Planning and Zoning Commission must limit their <br />presentation to no more than two minutes. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the <br />Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Commission from responding to any comments <br />other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person <br />with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Council Members, or <br />employees, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for the citizens' <br />forum.) <br />
