There is foundation <br />damage and the walls are separating from the floor. Structure is unsecure and has <br />some broken windows. The porch is sagging due to the main beam being knocked <br />loose. <br />Robert Talley's Recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days or city <br />has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Reeves Hayter, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
