Building and Standards Meeting <br />July 15, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />C. 910 W Cherry; City of Paris, Block 83, Lot 36 <br />Owner: Celestine Thomas; C/O Rita Dixon; 8700 Stonebrooke Parkway, Box 1996, <br />Frisco, TX 75034 <br />Robert Talley stated that the back of structure is separating and there is missing and <br />deteriorated wood throughout structure. Mrs. Rita Dixon is the attorney over their <br />estate and could not be present to speak in regards of this property. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: table this until August meeting so the attorney, <br />over the owner's estate could be present. <br />Motion made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Brandon Kearney, to declare a nuisance, <br />demo within 60 days or city has right to do so. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />E. 2110 W Plum; Westside Addition, Block 12, Lot 12 <br />Owner: Patsy Wilson; 2110 W Plum, Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated that the back of structure has collapsed. There is foundation <br />damage and some junk and rubbish. The structure is unsecure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days or city <br />has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Ken Kohls, seconded by Brandon Kearney, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />4. Adjournment <br />There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Chris Fitzgerald, Vice <br />Chairman, at 4:06 p.m. <br />
