There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was <br />made by Council Member Kessel and seconded by Council Member Ellis. Motion carried, 5 ayes <br />— 0 nays. <br />5. Approve minutes from the meetings of August 26, 2024, September 9, 2024, and <br />September 10, 2024. <br />6. Receive reports and/or minutes from the following boards and commissions: <br />a. Paris Economic Development Corporation (6-25-224 & 7-12-2024) <br />b. Planning & Zoning Commission (8-5-2024) <br />c. Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Board (8-8-2024) <br />d. Main Street Advisory Board (8-13-2024) <br />e. Historic Preservation Commission (8-14-2024) <br />f. Building & Standards Commission (8-19-2024) <br />7. Receive July monthly financial report. <br />Receive August drainage report. <br />9. Receive demolition and code enforcement activity reports. <br />10. Approve the Final Plat of the Ricardo Ramirez Estates Addition, Lot 1, LCAD 15973, <br />located at 610 W. Austin. <br />11. Approve the Final Plat of the River Oaks Subdivision Phase II, Lots 1, 2, 3, Block B, <br />LCAD 40362 and 104885, located in the 3000 Block of Aikin Dr. <br />12. Approve the Final Plat of the Rodriguez 98 Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 15469, <br />located at N.W. 7ffi & Henderson. <br />13. Approve the Final Plat of the Ranches at Twin Lakes Addition, Lots 1-59, LCAD 71680, <br />71923, 715679, 70238, 70240 and 403541, located in the ETJ. <br />14. Approve the refund of funds remaining in RAM's original donation of $300,000.00 in <br />the amount of $108,722.16 in accordance with he January 24, 2024 MOU amendment. <br />15. Approve an agreement in the amount of $24,255.00 with Baker Tilly for services related <br />to recruitment of a Finance Director; and authorize the Interim City Manager to execute <br />same. <br />
