Ms. Hammond went on to say Forked <br />Pine was selected based on the strength of the education component, and additionally, they were the <br />lowest bid so they were the best selection overall. <br />A Motion to award the Consulting Agreement to Forked Pine Consulting was made by Reeves Hayter <br />and seconded by Thomas McMonigle. Motion carried 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Ms. Harris stated that the Agreement could not be executed until the City Council approved the <br />expenditure, and she would ensure it was added to the City Council agenda for September 23rd. <br />6. Request future agenda items. <br />Ms. Harris will bring the revised Bylaws for formal adoption to the October 10`h board meeting. <br />Mr. Hayter thanked city staff for the maps provided of the different sub -zones. <br />Mr. Mathieu welcomed Dillon Cecil to the board. <br />7.
