Industrial zoning districts with a Special Use Permit. Staff recommends approval to add <br />the use and definition for a Recycling Processing Facility to the Zoning Ordinance <br />Section 8 Use of Land and Buildings. <br />The public hearing was declared open. With no speaking the public hearing was declare <br />closed. I <br />A Motion to approve the new use and definition of a Recycling Processing Facility was <br />made by Board Member Chad Lindsey and seconded by Board Member Robert Spain. <br />Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regardinp, the petition of the City of <br />Paris as to the classification for a new or unlisted use described as a Shooting Range - <br />Indoor. <br />Osei Amo-Mensah states this proposed use is currently unlisted in the land use matrix. <br />Staff has researched multiple cities surrounding Paris for input on how they handle the <br />use type. Staff also met with the Paris Police Department for input and recommends <br />approval of the use type as a permitted use in the Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial <br />zoning districts with the noted appropriate definition. Staff recommends requiring a <br />Special Use Permit in the Agricultural, Commercial and Public & Institutions zoning <br />districts. <br />The public hearing was declared open. With no speaking the public hearing was declared <br />closed. <br />A Motion to approve the new use Shooting Range- Indoor was made by Board Member <br />Chad Lindsey and seconded by Board Member Larry Walker. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 <br />nays. <br />12. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Henderson Place Addition CB98, Lots <br />Block A, LCAD 15470, located in the 1100 Block of NW 7rh at Henderson. <br />Todd Mittge, City Engineer states this applicant plans to build a seven -tract subdivision. Staff <br />recommends approval with one noted condition. <br />A Motion to approve the preliminary plat with noted condition was made by Boar <br />Member Chad Lindsey and seconded by Board Member Adam Bolton. Motion carriel <br />6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Summerwood Addition No. 3, Lot <br />1 L12J 3 of Block A and Lots 10, 11 of Block B, LCAD 110052, located in the 4300 Block <br />of Sunrise. I <br />Todd Mittge states the applicant requests approval to build final section of a subdivision. <br />Staff recommends approval. There are no conditions. <br />
