The City of Paris is considering applying for funding of eligible activities under the following programs: o Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) o Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities Grant Program (BRIC) o Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Program (FMA) o Other mitigation funding sources used in conjunction with the programs above Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the proposal is received in a timely manner. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting provider. The City of Paris reserves the right to negotiate with any and all service providers submitting timely proposals.
