• Delivery of technical assistance (e.g., plan reviews, BCA development, if applicable", EHP data gathering, <br />appraisal coordination, planning workshops, training) to support the implementation of mitigation activities <br />• Managing awards (e.g., quarterly reporting, reimbursement requests, closeout) <br />• Technical monitoring (e.g., site visits, technical meetings) <br />• Post -Award public outreach <br />• Project closeout <br />• Such other work as may reasonably be associated with Management Activities in support of Mitigation Projects <br />*Pre -Award costs to be reimbursed by FEMA must have been incurred after the dote of declaration (HMGP) or grant opening <br />announcement. (BRIC) and FMA pre -award costs directly related to developing the BRIC grant application or subapplication that are <br />incurred prior to the date of the grant award are allowedsubject to FEMA approval at time of award. Pre -award costs must be identified <br />as separate True items in the cost estimate of the application. Costs associated with implementation of the activity but incurred prior to <br />Federal award or final approval are not eligible. if an award is not made, Pre -award costs will not be reimbursed by FEMA. Pre -award <br />costs may be reimbursed when the project is approved and funded. <br />*"For the purposes of this RFP, assume all parcels ore located within the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) and/or come under the <br />threshold amounts of $323,000foracquisitions and $205,000 far elevations and are deemed cost-effective. <br />2.
