Benefiting utilities include: <br />• Markham Municipal Utility District <br />• Matagorda County Water Control and Improvements District <br />• River Oaks Water Supply Corporation <br />• Wadsworth Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants <br />• Matagorda Water District and Water Supply Corporation <br />Fortifying water and wastewater systems reduces the potential of <br />damages due to non -operation and decreases the chances of sewage <br />backup and associated public health and sanitation risks.
