IREAL PROPERTY ACQUISITION
Although not every project includes property acquisition, the mitigation actions are significantly different
if acquiring one or more properties becomes necessary. GrantWorks has experience managing projects
with federal URA requirements and we follow all federal and state real property acquisition requirements
for any properties acquired. We will work with the City to implement acquisition strategies that are fully
compliant with the February 2015 HMA Guidance and Guidance Addendum, with consideration for incen-
tives identified in the HMA Guidance Addendum, if warranted. We will also work with the City of Paris to
explore incentives that encourage homeowners to stay in the City.
