In addition to the core tasks for construction programs, GrantWorks <br />provides the following management services needed for a successful housing program. <br />CASTE IMAINAGIENEINT <br />GrantWorks regularly provides case management services to homeowners, renters, and other house- <br />holds participating in various federal housing programs. Our goal is to provide courteous and responsive <br />service to program participants efficiently. <br />Assist with homeowner application intake, document review, and eligibility compliance. <br />Send an award announcement certified letter to each homeowner with point -of -contact information <br />for their assigned case manager. <br />Validate that homeowners contract with a qualified mitigation contractors. <br />Verify that mitigation contractors assess the feasibility of accomplishing the mitigation. <br />Identify responsibilities of the homeowners, the contractor, the City, the City's project management <br />contractor, TDEM, TWDB, other funding sources, and FEMA, <br />Provide technical assistance during construction to establish that work is performed following the <br />statement of work and established timelines. <br />CONSTRUCTION IMAINAGIEKEINT <br />The GrantWorks Team has provided single-family housing construction management services for the <br />TDEM/FEMA hazard mitigation program, the Texas HOME Program, and the non -entitlement CDBG <br />program. Projects include more than 500 local government awards to reconstruct 3,000 single-family <br />homes and more than 1,200 CDBG awards in infrastructure and housing rehabilitation.
