Kent Burgess is a dynamic leader with over 16 years of experience in
<br />federal grants, disaster recovery, and program/project management.
<br />He has held roles ranging from program design, stakeholder coordi-
<br />nation, policy implementation, process engineering, systems anal-
<br />ysis and design, and training and development. He has led teams
<br />supporting critical disaster recovery and emergency relief efforts in
<br />Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana, New York, Illinois, Florida, North Caroli-
