Kent Burgess is a dynamic leader with over 16 years of experience in <br />federal grants, disaster recovery, and program/project management. <br />He has held roles ranging from program design, stakeholder coordi- <br />nation, policy implementation, process engineering, systems anal- <br />ysis and design, and training and development.
