<br />contracts, contractor pay estimates, service provider invoices, progress reports, change

<br />technical assistance regarding program rules, policies, and procedures, including environmental
<br />compliance, basic cost-effectiveness, and phasing. Patrick reviews and interprets project -related cor-
<br />respondence, documents, reports, and forms. He updates and maintains project performance, budget,
<br />and status tracking and document filing systems. Patrick also conducts Local Planning Team meetings.
