TAP Sandra Simonson has 25years ofFEMA HMGPand R4experience. She plans, budgets, monitors, reports, and coordinates daily project activities toachieve disaster recovery goals and objectives. She prepares project reports for clients and management. Sandra plans, reviews, and evaluates the work ofsubordinate professional and operational staff. She also reviews and evaluates project and service delivery. Sandra develops systems and maintains records that pro- vide the proper evaluation, control, and documentation of all pro- gram activities. She determines what deliverables togenerate during each phase. She effectively communicates with clients, sub-recipi ents,contractors,andotherinterested parties regarding all aspects ofdisaster recovery efforts and grant monitoring. She has also managed Firefighter Grants, USDA, Forestry Grants (wildfire), EPA(Superfund), C[}BG (housing rehabilitation), and EDA (revolving loan) totaling more than $1Omillion.
