Staff has received four (4) in support and two (2) against from the input forms for the zoning <br />change from property owners within 200 -ft of the subject property. <br />In the recent past, Staff has been directed to not initiate zoning changes without the property <br />owner's involvement and approval or at the owner's request. <br />BUDGET: <br />There are no significant budgetary implications due to this rezoning proposal. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
