Citizens' Forum. <br />No one spoke during citizens' forum. <br />Consent Agenda <br />Mayor Pankaj inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the <br />consent agenda for discussion. There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was <br />made by Mayor Pro -Tem Savage and seconded by Council Member Norment. Motion carried, <br />5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Approve minutes from the meeting of October 28, 2024. <br />6. Receive reports and/or minutes from the following boards and commissions: <br />a. Housing Authority Board of the City of Paris (6-18-2024, 7-30-2024 & 9-3-2024) <br />b. Paris Visitors & Convention Council (9-16-2024) <br />c. Board of Adjustment (10-1-2024) <br />7. Confirm re -appointment of Del Drake to serve on the Civil Service Commission. <br />8. Receive demolition and code enforcement monthly report. <br />9. Approve the Final Plat of the Buster Business Park Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD <br />59490, 53676 and 52594, located in the 1500 Block of N.W. Loop 286. <br />Council Member Ellis arrived to the meeting at 5:05 p.m. <br />Regular A ,enda <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Savage asked if they could move item 14 up on the agenda. A Motion <br />to move item 14 up on the agenda was made by Mayor Pro -Tem Savage and seconded by <br />Council Member Putnam. <br />14. Discuss and act on the method of calculating a Council Member's required attendance of <br />75% of City Council meetings as required by the City Charter. <br />City Clerk Janice Ellis explained at their last meeting they discussed attendance of City <br />Council Members at Council meetings, specifically Section 15 of the City Charter and the <br />definition of an excused absence. She said it was a consensus of City Council that: <br />Absences would pertain only to regular City Council meetings. <br />
