This appraisal was performed in conformity with your <br />appraisal guidelines, the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, and in <br />accordance with the Scope of Work detailed on pages 2 and 3 in the attached report. The <br />intended use of this appraisal was to aid the client and intended user, the staff and council of the <br />City of Paris, in setting a possible selling price for future disposal of the property. Its use by <br />others or for any other use was not intended by the appraisers. <br />The attached Appraisal Report containing 20 numbered pages plus the exhibits in the addenda, <br />summarizes the data, reasoning, and analyses, and states the assumptions and limiting conditions <br />on which this opinion was based.
