Motion carried, 6 ayes -- 0 nays. 5. Conduct a public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition of Madeline Knecht on behalf of Phan T. Nguygen for a zoning change from General Retail (GR) to Commercial (C) in the City of Paris, Block 315, Lot 13, LCAD 50943, located at 4225 Lamar Ave. Osei Amo-Mensah, City Planner states the current zoning is General Retail however the appropriate zoning for the proposed use is Commercial. Staff recommends approval. The public hearing was declared open. With no one speaking the public hearing was declared closed. A motion to approve or deny the zoning change was by Board member Chad Lindsey and seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. 6. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the JMC 112 Homes Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 15741, located at 1257 E Sherman Street. Todd Mittge, City Engineer states the final plat is for a single-family structure. Staff recommend approval with two noted conditions. Commissioner Larry Walker recused himself from this item. A motion to approve the final plat with noted conditions was by Board member Chad Lindsey and seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. 7. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the J&M 213 Homes Addition, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 17361, located at 560 SW 19th Street. Todd Mittge, City Engineer states staff recommends approval of this final plat for a single-family structure and there are no conditions. Commissioner Larry Walker recused himself from this item. A motion to approve the final plat was by Board member Adam Bolton and seconded by Board Member Chance Abbott. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. 8. Request items for future agendas.
