Regular Council Meeting <br />July 14, 2025 <br />Page 4 <br />City Attorney Stephanie Harris explained that while Staff were continuing to work <br />through the list of board appointments, they discovered there was one vacancy on the Historic <br />Preservation Commission. She also said Millicent Kee had been serving as an alternate for HPC <br />and had re-applied but her name was inadvertently added to the Buildings and Standards <br />Commission. Staff recommended appointment of Millicent Kee to the Historic Preservation <br />Commission. <br />A Motion to appoint Millicent Kee to the Historic Preservation Commission was made <br />by Council Member Ellis and seconded by Council Member Moore. Motion carried, 7 ayes — 0 <br />nays. <br />14. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />Mayor Pro -Tern Savage said he would like a meeting scheduled to meet with Donnell <br />Walters. Mayor Pankaj said he would like a workshop discussion item about evaluations for the <br />municipal judge, city manager and city attorney. <br />• <br />There being no further business, a Motion to adjourn was made by Mayor Pro -Tem <br />Savage and seconded by Council Member Moore. Motion carried, 7 ayes - 0 nays. Mayor Pankaj <br />adjourned the meeting at <br />JANICE ELLIS, CITY CLERK <br />
