He also said the <br />excessive strength sewer costs the City more to treat. Mr. Anderson reviewed the pounds of <br />excess and stated that the rates needed to be increased per the study. <br />Motion to approve this item- by • Pro -Tem • seconded by <br />Council-mber Ellis. ' ♦ AND <br />DIRECT ANY NECESSARY LITIGATION AND APPEAL; FINDING THAT THE <br />MEETING AT WHICH THIS RESOLUTION IS PASSED IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />AS REQUIRED BY LAW; REQUIRING NOTICE OF THIS RESOLUTION TO THE <br />COMPANY AND LEGAL COUNSEL FOR THE STEERING COMMITTEE. <br />Mr. Anderson said that last month Oncor filed an application to increase its rates and that <br />this action would suspend the rate increase for 90 days while the rate application is being <br />reviewed.
