The doors were secured <br />but the back door has been busted in again. There is junk and rubbish throughout <br />property. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolition of structure <br />and removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, vacate within 30 days or the <br />city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by, Angie Briscoe, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />B. 1005 W Cherry; City of Paris, Block 51-A, Lot 3 <br />Owner: Curtis Fulbright Estate; CIO Pam Russell 4105 Castlegate, Paris, TX <br />75460 <br />Robert Talley stated there has been no contact with the owner and it shows that the <br />owners owe over $20,000.00 in back taxes. The structure has holes in the floor, holes <br />in the wall caused by foundation damage, holes in the roof, broken windows, and it <br />is an unsecure structure. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolition of structure <br />within 30 days, vacate within 30 days or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />C. 2715 NW 19th; City of Paris, Block 323, Lot 21 <br />Owner: Ronnie & Dean Aubrey; CIO Donna Musick 2715 19th NW, Paris, TX <br />75460 <br />Robert Talley stated the property owner has signed a Right of Indemnification order <br />but did not specify junk and rubbish. Owner states brother resides on the property. <br />There is a partially burnt structure located at this property along with junk and rubbish <br />such as tires, scrap metal, trash, a toilet and other scattered items. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolition of structure <br />within 30 days, remove junk and rubbish, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by Angie Briscoe, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
