Review and approve April 28, 2025, special meeting minutes -Chair <br />There were no minutes available to approve. <br />4. Discussion and Possible action on the following applications for property located in the HD-1 Downtown <br />Historic District — No address provided. <br />A. Install Side Alley Door <br />B. CoA (25-000020) <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Emmite, seconded by Commissioner Turk to deny the CoA for a side <br />alley door due to an incomplete application and failure of applicant to appear before the Commission. Motion <br />carried. Ayes 6; Nays 0 <br />5. Discussion and possible action on the following Certificate of Appropriateness for property located in the <br />HD -2 Church Street Historic District — 960 S Main Street — Benita Woods <br />A. Adding Storage Building to property with MEPS. <br />B. CoA (25-000046) <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Emmite, seconded by Commissioner Kee to deny the CoA for an <br />accessory structure at 960 South Main Street due to an incomplete application and failure of applicant to appear <br />before the Commission. Motion carried. Ayes 6; Nays 0 <br />
