Discussion on expired Certificate of Appropriateness for 7 East Plaza. <br />Chelsea Burnett representing the Paris House appeared before the Commission asking for support of the <br />project stating that the owners are wishing to make the building updates as originally outlined in the original <br />CoA. The Commission advised that a resubmittal of the CoA be made following a meeting with HPO <br />McGee. The initial CoA was closed out due to exceeding the time limit. <br />7. —CONSENT AGENDA --- <br />[Items appearing on this consent agenda may be approved by a single vote of the Commission, with such <br />approval applicable to all items appearing on said agenda.
