There has been no contact with the owner. The Code Enforcement <br />Division secured the structure approximately 3 months prior. Since then someone <br />has gotten into the structure again by ripping the siding and wood off of an <br />exterior wall. Code Enforcement has re -secure the structure again. This property <br />has holes in the roof, moldy ceiling, rotted floor, water damage from leaking roof, <br />and the cabinets have been ripped off of the walls. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, Demolition of <br />structure and removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, Vacate within 30 <br />days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Chris Dux, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />3200 Clarksville, City Block 311, Lot PT 2 <br />Owner: AMR LLC; PO Box 386, Paris, TX 75461 <br />Robert Talley stated this property has missing walls, foundation damage, partially <br />demolished, rotted floors. There is also a shed in the back of property with severe <br />structure damage as well. There has been no contact with the owners. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolition of both <br />structures and removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or the city has <br />the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
