Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the St. Paul Lutheran Church CB 235, Lot <br />1, Block A, LCAT 17773, located on the corner of 19"' NW & Henderson. <br />Todd Mittge states the applicant requests approval of a Preliminary plat in order to build <br />commercial development. Staffrecommends approval with one condition. <br />A motion to approve the final plat with condition was made by Commissioner Chad <br />Lindsey and seconded by Commissioner Robert Spain. Staffrecommends approval with conditions to include requirements <br />for fire suppression systems in each home. <br />A motion to approve the final plat with conditions was made by Commissioner Chad <br />01 <br />Lindsey and seconded by Commissioner Larry Walker. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />11 Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Brakes Plus Addition CB 315, Lot 1, <br />Block A, LCAD 50943, located at 4225 Lamar Ave. <br />Todd Mittge states the applicant requests approval of a Final plat in order to build a light <br />auto repair facility. Staff recommends approval with one condition. <br />A motion to approve the final plat with condition was made by Commissioner Chad <br />Lindsey and seconded by Commissioner Paula Portugal. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />12. Request items for future agendas. <br />The Commission discussed scheduling orientation and training with City staff. <br />Commissioners agreed orientation and training for the new commissioners will follow the <br />next regular scheduled meeting and the full group will meet for part 11 of the video series <br />at a later date. <br />No items were requested at this time. <br />13.
