Agenda for September: <br />Steve requested to have an item put on the agenda for September: he would <br />Like to review the five-year plan since this is anew start to the annual board <br />meetings. <br />d. Will of Ms. Rhodes: <br />Steve asked Connie for an update to the financial proceedings for the will of <br />Ms. Rhodes. Connie stated that it is still going through the process of closing <br />it and will update the board when that happens. After the board members <br />briefly discussed the possibilities of what could be accomplished with the <br />money, itwas decided that this would be tabled for a future discussion. <br />e. Statistics: <br />July programs had 568 children, 214 adults, and 31 teens in attendance. July <br />showed 12, 605 items in circulation and 5, 979 visits were made to the <br />library. <br />With nothing further to address, Eva made the motion to adjourn the meeting, with Abigail <br />providing the second.
