Since that time, Council has conducted a public hearing and passed an ordinance which approved the final SAP, which, as the name implies, finalizes all the components of the Preliminary SAP including defining the annual projected costs and indebtedness for the Authorized Improvements within the PID for the 5 year period and set out how the Assessments far the properties within the PID will be calculated and assessed. The ordinance also authorized the Assessments on the properties within the Boundaries of the PID. The average amount of the Assessment per unit will be $2,469.63. On October 13, Council passed a resolution authorizing the distribution of a Preliminary Limited Offering Memorandum (the PLOM) for the PID bonds (Special Assessment Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (Forestbrook Public Improvement District No. I Improvement Area 41 Project). STATUS OF ISSUE: It is now time to sell the bonds. The attached ordinance approves and authorizes the bond sale and approves several. documents related to and necessary for the sale; these items are listed in the caption of the ordinance. Expenses have been and will be borne by the developer and the PID and/or figured into the bond price.
