In the event the delinquent collection attorney(s) do not mail the standard delinquent assessment statement per Section 33.07 of the Texas Property Tax Code, TxGovSolutions can provide this service upon request, socigteF, w1to nerform services under thffl 1101 wyx 3.1 City shall compensate TXGovSolutions for services performed as outlined below: 0 Minimum collection costs are set at $2,500. This covers one PID and up to 140 parcels. For more than 1 PIA and greater than 140 parcels: • Flat Fee= $150 per month per Improvement Area Assessment Roll within each PID, • Per PID Parcel Rate= $5.00 annually. • Unique Specialty Report Development= $100/hour. * Estimated annual cost for #I Improvement Area totaling #I parcel = $2,500. • See Exhibit "A" for a detailed breakdown of PIAS and parcel counts provided by the ov olutions wirCinv f7n- are due upon receipt or by the I st day of the billing cycle via ACH payment or check (no wires).
