CLARO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS <br />CUSTOM SERVICE ANNEX <br />CLOUD BASED CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM <br />ANNEX 1: PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this Service Annex is to define the services to be delivered by CLARO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS for <br />the design, development, and implementation of the Cloud -Based Citizen Engagement Platform — Phases 1 and 2. <br />The Parties agree that Phases 3 and beyond are out of scope for this SOW and will be addressed in future contractual <br />amendments, with Phase 3 planned for 2026. The total approved price for Phases 1 and 2 is USD 127,128.41. The <br />implementation timeframe is 8.5 months, adjusted from the original 11 -month schedule. <br />ANNEX 2: STATEMENT OF WORK <br />The Services to be provided under this Service Annex cover the design, development, testing, deployment, and support <br />of the COP 311 Cloud -Based Citizen Engagement Platform, limited to Phase 1 and Phase 2, as approved by the City <br />of Paris ("COP"). The scope also includes governance, reporting, and a support model with defined SLAs to ensure <br />operational continuity and quality of service. <br />1.1 Phase 1— 311 Platform Base + Building & Permits Module v1.0 <br />e 311 Base Platform Deployment: Establishment of the citizen engagement base platform (web and mobile) <br />where all modules could be integrated. <br />Building Safety & Permits Module v1.0: Development of workflows for permit requests, inspections, <br />approvals, and notifications. <br />Integrations: Secure connectivity with Microsoft 365 (document management) and Esri ArcGIS (mapping <br />and geolocation). <br />Acceptance Testing: Execution of system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). <br />Training: End-user and administrator training sessions, with bilingual training materials (English only for <br />documentation; platform bilingual). <br />Go -Live: Production deployment of Phase 1. <br />1.2 Phase 2 — Public Works Module v1.0 <br />0 Module Development: Design and deployment of the Public Works Module v1.0 to manage service requests, <br />maintenance tasks, and reporting. <br />0 Integration with Platform Base: Seamless integration into the core 311 platform, with geospatial features <br />via ArcG IS. <br />Testing: End-to-end validation, including regression and performance testing. <br />Go -Live: Production deployment of Phase 2. <br />1.3 Support and SLA Model <br />CLARO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS LLC - PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL <br />Page 2 of 10 <br />
