CLARO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS <br />CUSTOM SERVICE ANNEX <br />CLOUD BASED CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT PLATFORM <br />This Claro Enterprise Solutions Custom Service Annex ("Service Annex") contains the terms and conditions for the <br />CLARO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS ("CLARO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS" or "CES") Cloud Based Citizen <br />Engagement Platform service described herein (the "Service") and is an integral part of the Agreement between <br />CLARO ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS, LLC and CUSTOMER. <br />In the event of a direct conflict between the Agreement and this Service Annex, this Service Annex shall take <br />precedence. In case of a direct conflict between the Order Form and this Service Annex, the Order Form shall take <br />precedence.
