Administration, acquisition, installation, and configuration of servers/computer equipment and/or peripherals, not included in the scope of this offer. 4. Administration, acquisition, and configuration of any type of hosting and domain necessary for the execution or implementation of the service, if applicable, not included in the scope of this offer. 5. Acquisition of software/hardware licenses necessary for the execution, publication, implementation, or updates of the service, not included in the scope of this offer. 6. Administration, installation, management, and/or configuration of the versioning tool and/or proprietary source code, not included in the scope of this offer. 7. CES will not receive Backlogs from the outgoing provider or the department responsible for the service, if applicable. 8. CES will not be responsible for development delays resulting from a lack of definition or pending issues that correspond to CUSTOMER. 9. Liability for security incidents arising from attacks on the infrastructure or technical and/or technological components. 10. Execution of proofs of concept related to infrastructure, architecture, integration, software, among other aspects, without the CUSTOMER's authorization. 11. Definition and implementation of the SOA governance structure (organization and tools) for the service, which is not included in the scope of this offer. 12. Provision of storage devices, which is not included in the scope of this offer. 13. Logical and hardware provisioning for the configuration of test and production environments or any other environment necessary for the execution of this service outside of the development environment, which will be the responsibility of CES. 14. Preparation and preloading of test data required for quality control phases throughout the project lifecycle. 15. Security systems and information security management are not included in the Scope. 16. Any activity carried out in locations other than those agreed upon at the start of the project must be agreed upon between the Parties prior to execution or modified via a Change Order, which may impact project pricing and timelines. 17. Contribution of resources. The above list covers the main elements of the conditions, but, in general, any activities not related to the Scope are not included in this Scope. If the use of any of these topics or functionalities is required, CES will consider it a new requirement and its impact on scope, time, and cost will be evaluated.
