Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Cultiv8 Community 171 NE Addition, <br />Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 14733, 513 17"' NE, <br />Todd Mittge states this is the final and staff recommends approval without condition. <br />A motion to approve the final plat was made by Commissioner Chad Lindsey and seconded <br />by Commissioner Eric Guillot. Motion carried, 7 ayes — 0 nays. <br />15. Consideration of and action on the Replat of the Restlawn Cemetery 306-e, 5 & 6 Addition, <br />LCAD 50110, 4190 N Main St. <br />Todd Mittge advised to strike this item from the agenda as the submittal should have been <br />a minor plat with administrative approval. <br />16. Request items for future agendas. <br />Discussed meeting on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 due to the Labor Day holiday. Rochelle <br />Jones advised she has a conflict. All other commissioners state they can meet that day. <br />Chad Lindsey requested to add the list of uses from the land use matrix in the General <br />Retail and Commercial zoning districts to a future agenda. <br />17, Planning Commission Orientation and Training <br />Staff discussed with the Commission rescheduling the training in the future when there is <br />a shorter agenda since this meeting held long. <br />18.
