20th SE. <br />Atmos Gas Company Delay: <br />On August 7th, we learned that Atmos Gas Company would not be complete with their High <br />Pressure Gas line upgrade on 13th NW and Graham NW by the time the Contractor had planned <br />to pave it. They will be out there working until November, unfortunately. R.K. Hall left the <br />project to pave other areas of the state after the first 10 Streets were completed. There will be a <br />re -mobilization cost to come back, and their Milling Subcontractor will be subject to <br />availability. The re -mobilization cost was agreed to at $7,500 per a conversation with Casey <br />Brazeal at R.K. Hall and City of Paris Staff (Rose Beverly, Todd Mittge, Michael Smith, and <br />Emily Secrest). Once the other roadways were complete, working days were halted and then <br />will start up again once R.K. Hall comes back in November. <br />Total for the extra work to date: $63,937.60 <br />
