A motion to approve the preliminary plat was made by Commissioner Chad Lindsey and <br />seconded by Commissioner Eric Guillott. Motion carried, 6 ayes — 0 nays. <br />9. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Glenn Jackson Addition CB88, <br />Lot I. Block A, LCAD 15246, located at 7251` 5 Ih Street. <br />Todd Mittge states the applicant requests preliminary plat approval in order to build a <br />single-family home.
