BUDGET: <br />The City has not been awarded FEMA funds to pay for these services as of yet, but when we <br />acquire approval for projects/studies, the cost for these professional services will be included in <br />the grant amounts. Depending on the scope of services in the particular grants, the City may have <br />a share of local costs at that time. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and sign a Professional Services Contract with <br />Tetra Tech if and when grant money for flood assistance is available from FEMA in the <br />next five years. <br />2. Request additional information and/or deny authorization to sign the Professional Services <br />Contract described above. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and sign a Professional Services Contract with <br />Tetra Tech if and when grant money for flood assistance is available from FEMA in the <br />next 5 years. <br />
