Revenue stream for this fund comes in the form of donations. Money used to purchase books in memory of people. 8-31-25 balance is $5,187. 73. J. A. Love Trust Fund- (Restricted use.) This fund was a bequest from J. A. Love for the city library. It was later consolidated with other such donations for the library. 74. Opioids Settlement Fund- (Restricted use.) Revenue stream comes from State lawsuit settlements with pharmaceutical companies. Money must be used to provide education or services for those affected by the opioid crisis. 8-31-25 balance is $135,379. 75. Municipal Court Consolidated Security & Tech Fund- (Restricted use.) This is a court cost added to a fine. 8-31-25 balance is $4,570. 76. Gibbs Library Fund- (Restricted use.) This fund was a bequest for the city library. It was later consolidated with other such donations for the library. 77. Vaughan Memorial Fund- (Restricted use.) This fund was a bequest for the city Library. It was later consolidated with other such donations for the library. 78. Malone Love Memorial Fund- (Restricted use.) This fund was a bequest for the city library. It was later consolidated with other such donations for the library. 79. Library Expendable Fund- (Restricted use.) This fund is made up of donations given in support of the Library for Library use only. 8-31-25 balance is $74,688. 80. Library Permanent Fund- (Restricted use.) This is made up of bequests to the Library by individuals in accordance with their last will and testament. All say the principal amount cannot be spent, only the interest. 8-31-25 balance is $105,752. 81. Fire Pension Bonds Fund- (Restricted use.) This fund received the proceeds from the 2022 Fire Pension Bonds. These proceeds were transferred to a third party for investment and administrative services. 8-31-25 balance is $0. 82. W&S Rev Bond 2022 I&S Fund- (Restricted use.) Semi-annual debt payments are made from this fund. 8-31-25 balance is $237,338. 83. W&S Rev Bond 2022 Construction Fund- (Restricted use.) Bond proceeds are used in the construction of the new WWTR 8-31-25 balance is $14,864,018.
