Refunding Bonds 2023 I&S Fund- (Restricted use.) Semi-annual debt payments <br />are made from this fund. 8-31-25 balance is $1,671,842.93. <br />86. TIRZ Fund- (Restricted use.) This is the City's only Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone. <br />8-31-25 balance is $254,315. Funding goes for improvements in the downtown area. <br />87. Tax & Rev C.O. 2024 Construction Fund- (Restricted use.) These bond proceeds are <br />being used to construct the new WWTR 8-31-25 balance is $47,171,285. <br />88. Tax & Rev C.O. 2024 I&S Fund- (Restricted use.) Semi-annual debt payments are <br />made from this fund. 8-31-25 balance is $365,481. <br />
