Gina Prestridge, Executive Director <br />Miss Cheryl Ding, Administrative Assistant <br />X <br />Dr. Amanda Green, Medical Director <br />Mrs. Angela "Kristen" Prater was sworn in under oath and signed the Statement <br />of Elected /Appointed Officer and Oath of Office before Miss Cheryl King, Notary <br />Public. Mrs. Prater was advised of the required training, and certificates that are <br />due within the next 90 days. <br />Dr. Walker Putnam made a motion and was seconded by Dr. Bart Hays to convene <br />into open session at 5:29 p.m. <br />Motion Carried. 5 y ys, o rays. <br />Dr. Myers Hurt Iii rade a motion and was seconded by Ir.
