Mrs. Gina Prestridge signed the request and Mrs. Caressha Milton emailed the <br />survey drafts by Bob Ricks for that address. <br />Dr. Putnam presented the board members with an application from Kristi Graham <br />to fill the vacant spot of Susan Davis. Dr. Hurt made the motion to accept the <br />application and was seconded by Dr. Hays. <br />Motion carried. 5 yays, 0 nays. <br />Mrs. Mitzie Pirtle and Dr. Bart Hays reviewed and approved the First Federal bank <br />statement(s) ending in: <br />June 2025 <br />Mrs. Prestridge advised the board members that the Certificate of Deposit will be <br />maturing on August 26, 2025. Dr. Putnam made the motion to deposit the <br />interest into current checking account and open another Certificate of Deposit in <br />the amount of $200,000.00. with Dr. Hurt seconding the motion. Dr. Putnam <br />advised to research the best interest rate for the Certificate of Deposit. <br />Motion carried. 5 yays, 0 nays. <br />Mrs. Prestridge advised the board members that she will be hiring a PA or FNP to <br />work 3-4 days contract labor per week and the Current FNP will be able to work 2 <br />days a week as contract labor. <br />Mrs. Prestridge advised the board members that the Paris -Lamar County Health <br />District has the first option to purchase the north portion of our current building if <br />the Horizon House moves out or (eaves their current address.
