<br />As part of data collection, Lambka Associates will collect and evaluate existing turning movement counts from city
<br />staff (if available), TxDOT AADT traffic counts, and ask TxDOT for current level of services for the four
<br />intersections around the Town Square and Culbertson Fountain. New traffic counts, turning movement counts,
<br />and level of service will not be acquired or performed for this effort; however, they can be provided as additional
<br />services.
