Small Business Saturday prize is 600.00 downtown bucks. <br />HPC: <br />Emmite historic marker dedication 12/13 at the Gibraltar Hotel, History of Postcards <br />book signing <br />Cha mber/VCC: <br />Dougherty out of town and unable to attend this week. <br />5. Coordinators Report: <br />Cheri Bedford, Main Street Manager, attended the Downtown Conference in Waco. 450 cities <br />were represented. It will be held in Amarillo next year. Cheri wants someone from the committee to <br />attend. Please turn in your volunteer hours each month. TXDot Lighting project has been approved <br />from 82 to the loop. New business downtown- fish market. First St. project update- trenching for <br />utilities happening now. Pavers are still available. Mainly 4 x 8. Will be filling out extension as it will <br />not be done by 12/31. City of Paris Historical Marker for Culbertson /fountain coming soon. Reah <br />out to Cheri to volunteer for the Christmas Tree Lighting where we will serve hot cocoa. Shannon <br />Jones, Kiwanis President will light tree at 6. Shoutout to PDA for doing business of the month <br />program. There will not be a meeting in December. <br />6: Future Agenda Items: <br />Work Plan Evaluation, economic impact focus.
