Paris Public Library Advi ory Board <br />May 21111, 2025 <br />Meeting Minutes <br />i. call toOrder: <br />The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to <br />order by Chairman Steve Hellmann at :00 p.m. Board members present were <br />Steve Hellmann, Eva Dickey, Myers Hurt, Abigail Frank, and Jennifer Cullum. <br />Members absent were Fran Neely and Melanie LoughmiLler. Also in attendance <br />were Friends of the Library representative Audrey Mathieu and Library Director, <br />Connie Lawman. <br />II. citizens Forum: <br />No citizens addressed the board. <br />Approval; <br />The minutes of the April 611, 2025, meeting were approved with no corrections. <br />Eva Dicey made the motion to approve with Abigail Frank providing the second. <br />IV. New Business: <br />a. calendar <br />Connie provided board members Frithacopyofthecalendarofevent for <br />June, notating that everyday has an activity. The Legos day has been moved <br />to Mondays, to heCp balance the week out, Every Friday in June and July, there <br />will bea paid entertainer. Connie al o pointed out that on June 12, the Mu is <br />and Movement is a never program led by WiIlia m. He i s very excited about this <br />programming and hope that it willcontinue. Abigailasked what the Horadel <br />Cuento would too k like regarding programming. Connie responded, stating <br />that it would be a bilingual story time. Connie also noted that all story time <br />will be held in the children's library, which gill provide more space for other <br />programming to take place at the same time in the community room, <br />b.
