The plans are for triplexes with 3 -bedrooms, 2 bath without a common wall so these units will, appear as a single-family dwelling unit with I Oft. separation. Mack states that triplexes would help to meet the housing demands as outlined in the housing analysis and provide revitalization to this area. Osei Amo-Mensah states we should abide by the future land use in this area as the infrastructure was designed for low density residential and not designed for a higher impact. Steve Hodges, Engineering '111 ecrinici an, states the city does not have plans in this area for improvements so it will be developer driven. With no one else speaking the public hearing was declared closed. Commissioner Larry Walker requested to be recused from this item.
