Consideration of and action on the Replat of the JC Miles Subdivision, Lots 1-3, Block A, <br />LCAD 129233,, 1292341) 129:351, 129236, located in the 600 Block of Sycamore St. <br />Steve I -lodges presented the replat to the commission. Hodges states this is changing fou <br />lots into three lots to facilitate a multi -family structure. Robert Spain asked if this is th <br />same location of the request for the comprehensive amendment. Hodges states that the cit <br />has no plans being designed for improvements. Spain states there is no room for cars t <br />park, on this narrow street or emergency vehicles to pass. Hodges states based on th <br />platting guidelines there is no cause to not approve the replat.
