Consideration of and action on the Replat of the 7C Miles Subdivision, Lots 7R, 8R, 9R, <br />Block A, LCAD 129240, 129241, 129242, 129243, located in the 700 Block of Sycamore <br />St. <br />Steve Hodges presented the replat to the commission stating this is to increase the lot size <br />by reducing four lot down to three. Staff recommends approval with no conditions. <br />A motion to approve the replat was made by Commissioner Adam Bolton and seconded by <br />Commissioner Eric Guillot. Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. <br />12. Request items for future agendas. <br />There were no requests for future agenda items. <br />13.
