Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of the Fodge Addition CB59, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 14331 and 14333, located in the 200 Block of Pine Bluff Street. Steve Hodges presented the plat to the commission stating this location is where the car wash previously located. That structure has since been demolished. Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. 9. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of the Fodge Addition CB59, Lot 1, Block A, LCAD 14331 and 14333, located in the 200 Block of Pine Bluff Street. Steve Hodges presented the final plat to the commission. Hodges states this will be new construction of a car lot and business office lot. Staff recommends approval with no conditions. A motion to approve the final plat was made by Commissioner Larry Walker and seconded by Conunissioner Robert Spain. Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. 10. Consideration of and action on the Replat of the JC Miles Subdivision, Lots 1-3, Block A, LCAD 129233, 129234, 12935, 129236, located in the 600 Block of Sycamore St. Steve Hodges presented the replat to the commission. Hodges states this is changing four lots into three lots to facilitate a multi -family structure. Robert Spain asked if this is the same location of the request for the comprehensive amendment. Hodges states that the city has no plans being designed for improvements. Spain states there is no room for cars to park on this narrow street or emergency vehicles to pass. Hodges states based on the platting guidelines there is no cause to not approve the replat. Staff recommends approval with no conditions.
