The plans are for triplexes with 3 -bedrooms, 2 bath without a common wall so <br />these units will appear as a single-family dwelling unit with l Oft. separation. Mack states <br />that triplexes would help to meet the housing demands as outlined in the housing analysis <br />and provide revitalization to this area. Osei Amo-Mensah states we should abide by the <br />future land use in this area as the infrastructure was designed for low density residential <br />and not designed for a higher impact. Steve Hodges, Engineering Technician, states the <br />city does not have plans in this area for improvements so it will be developer driven. <br />With no one else speaking the public hearing was declared closed. <br />Commissioner Larry Walker requested to be recused from this item.
