Regular Council Meeting March 9, 2026 Page 2 Consent Agenda Mayor Pankaj inquired of Council Members if they wished to pull any items from the consent agenda for discussion. There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Council Member Norment and seconded by Council Member Moore. Motion carried, 5 ayes 0 nays. 5. Approve minutes from the meeting of February 23, 2026. 6. Receive reports and/or minutes from the following boards and commissions: a. Paris Economic Development Corporation (1 -20-2026) b. Historic Preservation Commission (11-20-2025 & 2-11-2026) c. Paris Public Library Advisory Board (1-21-2026) d. Main Street Advisory Board (1-10-2026) 7. Receive the February 2026 ditch maintenance report. 8. Accept the bids and award contracts for the purchase of roadway materials to the lowest responsible bidder(s) for the twelve-month period beginning April 1, 2026; and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. 9. Repeal action taken at the February 23, 2026, city council meeting, awarding a contract to Superior Equipment Solutions, LLC in the amount of $575,000.00 for the 28 'h Street N.W. Sewer Main Improvements. Regular Agenda 10. Receive an update from Garver LLC about the Wastewater Treatment Plan Phase I and II Improvement Projects. Utilities Director Danny Rowell said this was the third project update from Garver, and that Justin Rackley would be giving them the update. Mr. Rackley from Garver reviewed Phase I and II timelines. He reported that substantial completion was scheduled for May 2026 and final completion for June 2026 for Phase L He depicted slides reflecting the proposed overview, Next, Mr. Rackley moved to Phase II explaining that it would begin May 2027 and should be completed August 2027. He reviewed the pre -construction FEB site and showed a short video.
